QuickCommerce is a grocery delivery app for customers in India. This page explains what we collect, why we use it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Data we collect
- Phone number, to send a one-time sign-in code and create your account.
- Name and email, if you add them on your profile.
- Delivery address and precise location, when you set a drop-off pin or use your current location to choose a nearby store.
- Cart, order, store-credit, and Q Coin records needed to take and deliver an order.
- Device push token, so the app can notify you about an order.
- Messages you send about an order or to support.
How we use it
We use this data to sign you in, match a nearby shop, deliver the order, show store credit and Q Coin, and contact you about that order. We do not sell personal data and we do not show third-party ads.
Payments
Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay. We keep the payment reference needed to confirm or refund an order. We do not store your full card number.
Store credit can be added in the app and spent only on QuickCommerce orders. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Q Coin is a loyalty reward for delivered orders. It is not cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
Who else receives it
The SMS provider receives your phone number to send the sign-in code. Razorpay receives the payment details you enter at checkout. A rider assigned to your order receives the delivery address and a way to reach you about that delivery.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and order records while the account is open, and for as long as tax, refund, or fraud rules require. You can ask us to delete the account from the phone number on it. We will deactivate sign-in, remove saved addresses, and stop push notifications. Order records required for tax or refunds may be kept as required by law.
